In consideration for being allowed to participate at Old Grappler Summit (the “Event”) organized by The Art of Skill, LLC ( the “Sponsor”), the undersigned participant (the “Participant”) hereby enters into this RELEASE OF LIABILITY, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) as of the date that you register for the Event.

1. I understand and agree to the cancellation policy:

Refunds are only granted prior to July 30, 2025, minus a $500 cancellation fee.

After July 30, 2025: No refunds granted. No exceptions, even for circumstances beyond your control.

Transfer Your Ticket: If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or acquaintance. You must contact us at least 7 days prior to the start of the retreat and provide their contact information.

2. I fully understand that: A) There are risks and dangers associated with training including but not limited to bodily injury, communicable diseases, partial or total disability, paralysis and death. In accordance with the law, The Sponsors do not exclude individuals with medical conditions that do not pose a medically recognized threat to the health or safety of other Participants in the normal course of training. I understand that there are some unavoidable circumstances where these conditions may require special caution on my part to minimize danger to myself or others, and I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to act accordingly. B) There are social and economic losses and damages with could result from those risks and dangers described above which could be severe. C) These risks and dangers may be caused by my negligence, the negligence of my training partner, the negligence of others around me who are training and doing any other activity, or by the negligence of the Sponsor or other agents or instructors. D) There may be other risks not known or foreseeable at this time which could arise.

3. I EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN OR OBSERVING THE EVENT.

4. I accept and assume all such risks and responsibility for all losses and damages following any such injury, illness, disability, paralysis or death, however caused or alleged to be caused including injuries caused in whole or in part by the negligence (but not gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing) of the Sponsors, their representatives, agents, employees, instructors or other Participants, or owners or lessees of the premises including their officers, directors, agents and employees.

5. I release the Sponsors, agents, instructors, employees of and all individuals associated with the Sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions whatsoever arising out of the damage, loss or injury to me while upon the Sponsors premises or while participating in training, or any other activities, or while on the premises, whether such loss, damage or injury results from negligence or otherwise, but not including gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing.

6. I agree that this Agreement covers each and every time that I train or otherwise participate in any activity, listed or unlisted, at the Event.

7. I agree that I WILL NOT SUE OR MAKE CLAIM AGAINST the released parties as the result of my participation at the Event.

8. I agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSORS from all claims, judgments, and costs including attorneys fees incurred in connection with any action brought as a result of my participation in any activity at the Event.

9. In signing this agreement I am stating that I know what I am doing, that I take responsibility for my own acts, that I have read carefully and understand this agreement and that I fully agree with each statement contained in this agreement and that I am responsible for myself and will be considerate of others, I am aware that I may have the agreement reviewed by legal counsel. I understand that this Agreement is in effect from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave the Event, even if I am not training when something happens.

10. I understand that photographs and videos are taken of Participants and observers of the Event. Should my likeness be included in any photograph, video or other image, I hereby consent to its release to third parties and consent to the use of said photographs, videos or other images by the Sponsors for advertising, promotional, and business purposes, without compensation.

I have read, understood and will comply with each and every part of this Policy
