REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refunds

Due to the significant up-front costs of organizing a retreat, all bookings are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, family emergencies, work conflicts, travel issues, Force Majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend you obtain CFAR (cancel for any reason)  travel insurance to cover your retreat costs in case you must cancel or cannot attend. For your convenience, you'll have the option of purchasing insurance during checkout.

Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least seven (7) days before the retreat start date and providing the new participant’s contact information.

Instructor Flexibility

If an assigned instructor must withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to replace them with another qualified instructor without offering refunds or compensation.
